17th December 2009, Kemensah, Selangor Been experimenting taking macro shots with the AFS 300mm lens. This lens has opened up opportunities for macro photography since the minimum focusing distance is only 1.45m – quite impressive. Saw a group of Lemon Migrant Butterflies - Catopsilia pomona congregating on the cold remains of an open fire. |

Beautiful and sharp!.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the maximum wide open aperture of this lens, f2.8? ;)
This lens has a max aperture of f4. I was drooling over the AFS 300mm f2.8 VR but it would cost me an arm and a leg.
