Sultan Tit

3rd October 2009, Kemensah, Selangor

The biggest surprise was this  male Sultan Tit (Melanochlora sultanea). They are usually found at higher elevations. He came  in a bird wave made up of  several other bird species .

  1. nice find, and yes, I have come across with this beautiful species when I was at Bkt. Tinggi, wow.

To be frank, I would not have found it if not of Makus, Alagan and gang. To come to think about it, I should be thankful.
