22nd & 23rd May 2010, Bentong, Pahang. We had a family gathering at my brother-in-law’s orchard, a beautiful place on high ground with the hills of Bentong as the backdrop. I was curious as to what species of bird I would find there. Spent 2 hours on Saturday afternoon and 3 hours Sunday morning to see what I could photograph. The result was quite interesting.
3rd October 2009, Kemensah, Selangor I needed to improve on the existing photos of the Orange-Bellied Flowerpecker (Dicaeum trigonostigma) and the opportunity came when a few birds flew in and lingered above our heads just before the bird wave began.

A female Orange-Bellied Flowerpecker (Dicaeum trigonostigma) local name: Sepah Puteri hovering in mid air. Probably she saw something of interest to her.
